Biggerdreamstechnology has established a 24 hour technical support service to assist clients with support outside of the normal working hours. This service is provided 24 hours a day 365 days a year. In the event of a problem the clients will first be assisted telephonically where possible. If the problem cannot be resolved a qualified technician with the relevant skills will be dispatched to resolve the issue in question.
